drink me

im not one to diet per se, but im all for eating healthy, excercising & incorporating new things into your life to make you feel & look healthy.

i came across this the other day & it's something i really want to try.
its a "digestion & detoxification" drink recipe from fitness guru jillian michaels, the badass trainer from biggest loser, which will basically kick-start your body to shed unnecessary water weight. i know its water weight & will probably just be gained right back, but im all for trying to lose a few lb's, especially when the drink recipe calls for only four (super cheap!) ingredients and consists of drinking lots of water all day!

i had to order the dandelion root from the states because it would be impossible to find here in israel. i had it shipped to my moms house & she will turn it around to me upon recipt. then its on!

anyone heard of this? want to do it with me??
*please take note that this is not a "drink only" diet, this detox water should be consumed in addition to your regualr, healthy way of living for 7 days.

I'm always eating healthy as well and I only drink water, it makes me feel better! I really like your blog! It would be nice if you could stop by my blog sometime too (I'm from England) as I post my outfits and more :) :)

This sounds like a great way to drink more water! I'm glad you're not trying to do a crazy detox, I've had friends try to do those before!
