fit is not a destination, it's a way of life

a quote from my friend sammi, who works at crowbar cardio "fit is not a destination, it's a way of life." i love that! she kicked my butt the other day in a barre class that she taught; it was my first time & i loved it! 3-days later and i'm still feeling the pain. it was a high-energy, low impact workout, which i loved. it really pushed my to my limits and i just kept going. today my friend, dandi, and i are going to try indo row, which should be fun hard.

we've been making flowerhalos & jewelry like crazy in preparation for our upcoming vendor booth at the kemp wildflower festival in april, so excited!!!
dekel & i enjoyed one of the BEST breakfasts we have had since moving to dallas last year at coffee house cafe this morning. i had the a breakfast sandwich with bacon, cheddar & egg whites on cinnamon-infused french toast, which was completely decadent and amazing. dek had a ginormous breakfast burrito with beans, egg, jalapenos, potatos, cheese & salsa, which he devoured.
we will definitely be going back!
