hey Sarmin, it is just a cute little tea bag infuser. you put your tea bag, or tea leaves, mint, etc in there are after 5 minutes of steeping, your tea is ready to drink! i just love how the fin floats on top and looks like a shark in your mug!!
I NEED this!! But it looks like its purely a design concept for now, I couldn't find it for sale anywhere online. BUT I did find a submarine tea infuser
