Eilat is located at the southern most tip of Israel and it is about a 5 or 6 hour drive (depending on which one of us drives) from where we live. It is a tourist magnet especially in the summertime because of its hot climate. It's known for its clear water, beautiful coral reefs, dolphin sightseeing and nightlife. You can easily access Egypt, Jordan and Syudia Arabia from Eilat and one day I hope to make the trip past Eilat and into one of the seven wonders of the world: Petra, Jordan.
But....while in Eilat, I plan to relax, lounge by the hotel pool with my book in one hand and a cocktail in the other, visit a few cute cafes & restaurants in town,

I love the photo! its amazing because that is what the water actually looks like! The water was very cold when I went in 114 degree weather, or however hot it was there, i cant even imagine how cold it is now. If its not to unbarable you should really snorkle...and go to the dolphine reef! there are places ou can sit and the dolphins come up to you! There so cute! Have so much fun!

Petra is for a place a will visit one day!! I saw pictures and documentaries...and I've been so fascinated!!
My uncle has been in Eilat with his family! they really enjoyed them selves :)
